The challenge
Context
City mobility products fail when they treat movement as a map problem instead of a people problem. The work had to start with how people actually decide, wait and move.
My role
Contribution
UX/UI designer.
How I approached it
Approach
Research informed the product decisions: who is moving, under what constraints, and what an interface can honestly help with.
Building the visual system
Design
The interface was designed to reduce friction — clear hierarchy, readable states, and a structure that could hold a complex urban task without looking complex.
From screen to reality
Execution
Flows and screens were developed as a case study in product thinking: from research notes to an interface that could be evaluated, not only admired.
What I learned
Reflection
Mobility design is behavioural. The better you understand the decision in the street, the clearer the screen can become.
